Tattvavid Pact was established with the vision of providing practical, reliable, and accessible legal consulting services to businesses, professionals, and growing enterprises.
The name “Tattvavid Pact” is inspired by the Sanskrit term Tattvavid, meaning “knower of truth.” It reflects the firm’s commitment to clarity, integrity, and principled legal guidance. These values form the foundation of every client relationship and every legal engagement, reinforcing the firm’s dedication to delivering advice that is both legally sound and thoughtfully considered.
As Founder, Diksha leads the practice by providing strategic direction and leadership, while Vrinda, as an Associate, contributes through meticulous legal analysis, research, and collaborative insight.
Together, they bring more than a decade of combined experience across legal research, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, corporate legal advisory, and commercial documentation. Their practice is founded on the belief that effective legal counsel should not only resolve legal issues but also empower clients to make informed and confident decisions.
What We Do
We provide jurisdiction-specific legal drafting and documentation services to startups, founders, small businesses, and in-house legal teams.

Our Founder
Diksha A. Faterpekar is the founder of Tattvavid Pact and an Advocate based in India. She holds an LL.B. (Hons.) and an LL.M. in Criminal Law and Criminology from Goa University. She has appeared and presented cases before Revenue Courts, Civil Courts, District Courts, Consumer Forums and Commissions, Fast Track Courts, Human Rights Commission, Revenue Tribunal and High Court of Bombay at Goa bench.
In her practice of over13 years, she has worked with founders, business owners, and companies on contract drafting, company formation, and regulatory filings. Her professional background spans from litigation to corporate practice including contract drafting, intellectual property matters, and legal compliance.
Her Litigation work includes legal research; drafting pleadings viz.,petitions, complaints, plaints, appeals, and applications across civil, criminal, commercial, arbitration, banking, electricity, customs, SARFAESI, education, and tax matters as well as appearing for cases in courts or other forums, leading evidence and presenting arguments.
Her corporate practice covers commercial agreements including master service agreements, investment agreements, partnership arrangements, technology contracts, software and platform development agreements, employment documentation, and media and entertainment agreements for artists, producers, and management arrangements.
In her startup and compliance work, she handles company incorporation, corporate governance documentation, and the ongoing compliance filings that come with running a business.
Intellectual property runs through both her litigation and corporate practice whether in trademark registration and opposition matters, IP ownership due diligence, and record verification across India IPO, USPTO, and EUIPO databases, including DMCA-related matters.
Her real estate work covers the full range of property documentation including but not limited, title searches, legal vetting, sale deeds, gift deeds, mortgage documentation, lease agreements, and due diligence for property transactions and transfers.
Associate
Vrinda is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India and a corporate legal professional with a focus on working with startups, founders, and growing businesses across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, and Australia. She holds an LL.M. from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, and a B.B.A. LL.B. from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Delhi.
Since 2023, Vrinda has worked on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including entity formation, governance, commercial transactions, and cross-border legal documentation. Her work includes preparing incorporation documents, Articles of Association, Bylaws, LLC Operating Agreements, Board Resolutions, Minutes of Meetings, and maintaining statutory corporate records to support business operations and regulatory compliance.
Her corporate transaction practice includes legal due diligence, reverse due diligence, document reviews, investor, M&A readiness assessments, corporate restructuring, and drafting and reviewing related agreements such as Shareholders’ Agreements, Merger Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Business Transfer Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Shareholders’ Loan Agreements, Forgivable Loan Agreements, Convertible Notes, SAFEs, SAFE Note Cancellation Agreements, Stock Option Plan/ESOPs , founders’ agreement, term sheets, Memoranda of Understanding, and Letters of Intent.
